What is more contemptable "Washington" or "Redskins"

The Veterans administration can't seem to schedule a returning veteran for a doctor visit. However, the United States Patent and Trademark Office is hard at work.

Earlier this week it cancelled six federal trademarks for the name of the Washington Redskins. The excuse given is the federal trademark law does not allow the registration of any names that bring individuals or groups into contempt or disrepute.

Fair enough. Consider the following trademarks. Some are in force and some were applied for recently:

Figgas over Niggas, Kraut Kap, Dago Swagg, Cracka Azz Skateboards, You Can’t Make A Housewife Out Of A Whore, Blanco Basura (which when translated into English is white trash), Home Cookin Biscuit Head (a term used to describe the shape of Koreans’ heads). tteensdoporn.com, Gypsy Soule Women Who Live By Their Own Rules, Mammy Jamia’s, and Uppity Negro.
