You think the Obama administration isn't vindictive? Check out this picture of the scenic pulloff lane at Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. This lane was blocked by federal employees still on the job (the park is blocked too) simply so drivers can't pull over as they usually do and take pictures of the monument.
